Cancellation policy and contract information

Applies to consumers purchasing Marble Five Plus. This English version is provided for convenience. The German version is authoritative.

Seller and service

The seller is Michael Zeletzky, Emanuel-Lasker-Straße 13, 14959 Trebbin, Germany, email: support@marble-five.com. Marble Five Plus permanently unlocks the Tactician and Strategist computer opponents, full matches in the nine-marble variant, private rooms for that variant, and additional designs for the account used—on up to five personal devices.

The price is a one-time €9.90. There is no subscription. No VAT is charged under § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business). Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases are currently available only to consumers resident in the European Union. The contract languages are German and English.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Michael Zeletzky, Emanuel-Lasker-Straße 13, 14959 Trebbin, Germany, email: support@marble-five.com, phone: +49 172 3033290) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

You can also withdraw online using the “Withdraw from contract” function at marble-five.com/widerruf/erklaeren. It is linked in the footer of every page and does not require signing in. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without undue delay.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Plus access ends with the reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you have expressly agreed that performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract. You give this consent before payment; Plus is unlocked immediately after payment is received.
